Daniel Mercadante is a filmmaker and artist living and working in New England & Northern California.

He spends most of his time making films and commercials, as well as making photographs in the woods.

In 2009 He founded a filmmaking collective called “Everynone”. In 2013 he and his partner Katina formed the moniker “The Mercadantes” for commercials, where they are now represented by Park Pictures.

His film work has been nominated for a DGA award for Outstanding Direction in Commercials, featured in Filmmaker Magazine’s 25 New Faces of Independent Film, won the Grand Prize at the Vimeo Awards, shown in the Guggenheim, at the TED Conference, and a bunch of other pat-on-the-back situations. Alongside winning lots of advertising awards, his commercials have aired during the Super Bowl, World Series, NCAA Basketball Playoffs, Presidential Debates, and at airport bars and living rooms all across the world.

Recently, his photography projects have been featured by Instagram, Hasselblad, My Modern Met, The Guardian, and a bunch of popular art and culture blogs.
